The Franco-Italian Roast is our deepest roast to date. The MoonGoat team wants to offer a consumer-friendly coffee with nostalgia in mind, a throwback to the coffees we drank growing up. We aim to highlight the beauty of roast character, without stepping into the pitfalls of acridness and ashiness that can come forth in an overroasted coffee. A classic cup with notes of roasted nuts and dark chocolate.
