This coffee is special

Wine yeast may have gotten your attention, but it's not as crazy as you might think. All coffee is the seed of an evergreen shrub that needs the fruit removed. The microbes can do that job. This is borrowed from the wine industry where they have a much better understanding of the living process, and that's what this coffee is: knowledge processed. That's our marketing slang for "Microbial Demucilagination" which is the real nomenclature.

The flavor is truly unique with a distinctive mouthfeel that is velvety and complemented with a dry finish. It has a distinct sweetness that is soft stage caramel. The ripe red fruit flavor changes as the coffee settles.
