We sourced this coffee after looking for months for the right Mexican coffee. Grown in picturesque Chiapas, Mexico at Finca Chanjul. A remote town with a year-round population of 33 persons. This coffee is amazing! It is entirely “Milenio” variety and meticulously cared for and processed.

Find tasting notes of Orange Blossom, Toasted Pecan, and Chocolate Dust. Mellow acidity means this is good for espresso and for pour-overs etc. Try this however you like coffee!

This coffee happens to be Organic & Fair Trade. Our primary sourcing philosophy goes in this order:

  1. Traceability

  2. Quality

  3. Sustainability

  4. Portfolio Assortment

  5. Certifications (Last on the list)
