Yes this coffee is decaffeinated using sugar cane. It’s a process that uses naturally occurring byproducts of sugar cane fermentation and then rinsing. It’s 97% caffeine-free and is amazingly tasty coffee! It’s sweet, molasses-syrupy, and has a very pleasant macadamia nut like sensibility. Try this as an espresso shot with a 1:2.2 ratio over 30 seconds or a filler coffee at a 1:15.5 for a nice pleasant cup of Joe that won’t get you wired.
