This special coffee comes from the Las Marías lot of the Schippers farm in San Luis, Guatemala. They have sorted their farm by variety and elevation.
This coffee settles in nicely four days or more after the roast and stays lively for more than a month! (not that you'd let coffee sit that long) You will notice an aroma that is almost lemon-like, but the taste is pure fresh tangerine, roasted cacao nib, and crushed pistachio.
