This coffee isn’t only from Colombia. It’s from Huila, a region known for it’s excellent cup quality. This is a small lot from Garzon co-op of 36 small producers that are passionate about sustainable quality.
We worked to get a blend of Castillo and Caturra coffees that is intense as an espresso with a waxy body and a Meyer lemon like acidity. You will have chocolate flavors in milk.
If you want to get nerdy this coffee pulls great a little bit longer than your typical espresso 20g input translates well as 48ml output over the course of 35 seconds.
