The Spanish word meaning “skin” from the Coffee Cherry. Our Cascara comes from Bolivia, where Natural coffee and drying fruit is possible in the environment.

MoonGoat’s Cascara is processed Organically and can be used for a few of our favorite things:

  • Brewing Tea: 1 tbsp (5g) of tea to 2 cups (450g) of boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Strain and enjoy!

  • Making Chocolate (Video soon come)

  • Making Syrup

  • Making Iced Tea: 1 tbsp (5g) of tea to 340g (12 oz) of boiling water for 4 minutes. Strain over ice and enjoy!
